It's in VERY good condition, very well maintained.
The oil has been changed regularly EVERY 5000 miles with FULL synthetic 5W30 oil.
Transmission fluid has been replaced regularly (always new pan, fluid completely drained and new gasket).
Front tires have no more than 5000 miles on them, rear tires about 50-60% thread left.
Front brakes replaced at 80k miles with Wherever ceramic brake pads (not cheap brake pads that produce a lot of brown brake dust).
Brake fluid replaced EVERY 2 years (next change is next year)
Serpentine belt replaced at 75k miles and there is no timing belt to replace since is a chain driven engine. Spark plugs replaced to BOSH Platinum at 75k miles.
