Manager Qualifications desired/required are:
-Motivated to succeed.
-Minimum 8yrs experience in the mortgage industry.  With 5yrs in a manager capacity.
-Basic knowledge of FHA/VA/Conventional loan guidelines
-REAL ESTATE license is NOT required

Loan Officer Qualification required are:

-Motivated to succeed

-Minimum of 1 year active experience in the mortgage industry within the last 24 months.

-Basic knowledge of FHA/VA/Conventional loan guidelines

Commission based with bonus incentives(managers only).
